Matthew Charles (Charlie)

Charlie's work experience begins in 2003 when they worked as an Account Executive at Open Text. Matthew then moved on to WIN Plc, where they held roles such as Account Executive and Account Manager, responsible for client management and business growth in the media and entertainment sector. In 2011, they became the Head of Media at IMImobile, focusing on broadcast and media clients. From 2013 to 2020, Charlie held the position of VP of Operations at Grabyo, a cloud video production and distribution company. Matthew later became the Chief Operating Officer at OZ Sports, responsible for building and deploying sports solutions globally. In 2021, they served as the Chief Operating Officer (P/T) at Wavze. In 2022, Charlie became a Business Operations Consultant before joining Guild Esports in 2023 as the Director of Operations. Additionally, in 2020, they founded their own company, I'M A CHARLIE LIMITED, specializing in digital consultancy services for the sports and technology industry.

Matthew Charles "Charlie" attended Oxford Brookes University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Business and Management.
