Jill Tominosky, CA, DAS, currently serves as an Archives & Records Management Specialist II in Access Services at the New York State Archives, with a focus on creating and revising finding aids, accessioning state agency records, and providing researcher consultation. Jill also holds the position of Local History & Adult Services Librarian at Guilderland Public Library, where responsibilities include assisting patrons with research, managing the library's Local History Collection, and organizing community programs. Jill's experience includes roles as Library Consortia Member Services Coordinator at ConnectNY, Project Archivist funded by the NEH Grant at Union College, and Graduate Assistant at the New York State Education Department. Jill's background in archives is complemented by a Master's degree in Information Science with a specialization in Archives & Records Management from the University at Albany, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Art History and Museum Studies from the University of Rochester.
