Phosda Pak currently serves as the Manager of Food Safety & Compliance at The Giumarra Companies since November 2022, having previously worked as a Food Safety Specialist within the same company. Prior experience includes a QA/QC role at Village Green Foods Inc. and serving as Secretary on the Executive Board of the Food Science and Nutrition Association at Chapman University. Phosda also held positions at Long Beach City College as a Student Assistant, King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi as a Research Assistant, and the Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research as a Product Development Assistant. Early roles at Doikham Food Product included Food Quality Control & Food Production Specialist. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Food Science with an emphasis on Safety and Regulation from Chapman University, an Associate's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Long Beach City College, and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University.
