Monika Tharyani Tilani CIPD is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a People & Culture Business Partner at Guinness World Records since February 2018, previously holding the title of People and Culture (HR) Manager. Monika has worked in various HR roles including Human Resources at hSo and Senior Manager HR at Dale Carnegie Training India from April 2015 to September 2017. Earlier experience includes a position as Deputy Manager Human Resources at Essel Propack Limited, where responsibilities spanned all HR fields, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and learning and development.
