Nicole Pando

Nicole Pando is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Global Sales Operations and Americas Marketing at Guinness World Records since May 2013. This hybrid role involves managing the Americas Marketing team and overseeing the global sales strategy for the GWR Consultancy business unit, focusing on optimizing sales processes and customer journeys. Prior to this, Nicole held various roles at Guinness World Records, including Director of Commercial Services and Marketing for the Americas, and Director of Commercial Services for North America. Additional experience includes positions at Red Rising Marketing as Marketing Director, HHC Marketing as Marketing Account Manager, and teaching Spanish at Teach For America. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Louisiana State University and a Professional Teaching Certificate in Secondary Spanish from the University of Pennsylvania.
