Ray Lavender is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing communications, training, and photography. Currently, Ray holds a Guinness World Record as part of a record-setting event involving 299 participants hammering a nail simultaneously while serving as the Marketing Communications Manager at Snap-on Tools since 2001. Ray has also contributed significantly to the Georgetown/Acton area as a freelance photographer for Metroland Media since 2010. Previously, Ray held leadership roles at Skills Ontario, including Past President and President of the Board of Directors, and managed various training and service positions across several companies within the automotive sector, starting from 1979. Academic qualifications include a degree in Electronics Technologist from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and completion of Grade 12 education.
