Felicita Giannavola

Felicita Giannavola is the founder of The gGirl Group, specializing in Executive/VIP Event Production, Concierge, and Lifestyle Management services since March 2015. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing Operations at The Guitar Center Company, Felicita oversees marketing business operations and strategy implementation. Previous roles at The Walt Disney Company include Senior Manager positions in Creative Operations, where responsibilities encompassed studio relations and integrated retail creative functions. Additional experience includes managing customer operations for a top independent film distributor and directing client services in digital media at Technicolor. Felicita holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and has a solid foundation in customer service and event production across numerous organizations.
