Ian Suarez-Mitchell serves as the Manager of Data Science & Analytics at The Guitar Center Company, leading advanced analytics initiatives across various domains to enhance performance visualization and support data-driven decision-making. Ian has progressed through multiple roles in the organization, including Senior Data Scientist, where implementation of an Enterprise Generative AI strategy was achieved, and Data Analyst, contributing to the establishment of the Data Science & Analytics division. Additionally, Ian is the Owner of Leigh & Gregory, LLC, focusing on residential and commercial real estate investments and management.
