Prashant Patel has over 18 years of experience in the gas industry, currently serving as Deputy Manager at Gujarat Gas Limited since May 2015. In this role, Prashant Patel manages key operations such as business and technical master data, device management, billing, invoicing, and customer service within a CRM framework. Notable projects include the development of a mobile application for Direct Marketing Agency customer registrations integrated with SAP.
