Krishnamoorthy Sarma

Krishnamoorthy Sarma has extensive work experience in various industries. Krishnamoorthy has worked as an Independent Consultant since June 2017. Previously, they served as an Associate Vice President (Offshore Maintenance) at Gujarat State Petroleom Corporation Ltd, where they were responsible for coordinating start-up activities and troubleshooting O&M problems. Krishnamoorthy also worked as a Consultant, Renewable Energy and Micro Turbines at Bro Energy Pvt Ltd, focusing on exploring applications of Micro Turbine Generator (MTG) in different sectors. Prior to that, they held the position of General Manager (Mechanical) and General Manager at Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd for over 30 years. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Asst: Engineer at Hindustan Insecticides Ltd and as a Works Engineer at Coreglass Laminates, where they supervised FRP hand lay-up moulding and FRP lining of vessels.

Krishnamoorthy Sarma completed their education in a chronological order. From 1961 to 1969, they attended FACT Township High School, where they pursued the Science group and completed the Secondary School Leaving Course. Following this, from 1972 to 1976, they enrolled in the National Institute of Technology, Calicut, where they studied Mechanical Engineering and earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical.

Additionally, Krishnamoorthy Sarma obtained a certification as a Chartered Mechanical Engineer from The Institution of Engineers (India), although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
