Surekha Grover

Surekha Grover has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Surekha is currently the Head of HR at Sud-Chemie since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of HR India Operations and General Manager at GULBRANDSEN CHEMICALS PRIVATE LIMITED from 2010 to present. In this role, they were responsible for end-to-end HR and IR responsibilities, including strategy planning, talent acquisition, policy making, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. Before their role at GULBRANDSEN CHEMICALS, Surekha held the position of Senior Manager HR and IR at Pakona Engineers from 2008 to 2010, where they managed HR and IR responsibilities for four units. Surekha also worked as an Assistant Manager - HR at GULBRANDSEN CHEMICALS PRIVATE LIMITED from 2001 to 2008, where they established the HR function and implemented various HR interventions. Surekha started their career as an Administrative Assistant at General Motors in 2000 and at Shaily Engineering Plastics P. Ltd from 1993 to 1996. At Shaily Engineering, they assisted the HR Administrator and supported the finance department.

Surekha Grover has a Graduate degree, a Diploma in Human Resource from IGNOU, and completed their studies at St Stephen Dohad. Surekha also obtained a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. In addition, they have studied Executive Talent Management at XLRI Jamshedpur.
