Ahmed Ebrahim started their work experience in 2005 as a System Engineer at the New York Institute of Technology. Ahmed worked in this role from August 2005 to January 2009. In January 2009, they joined Gulf Air as a Senior Information Analyst and is currently in this position.

Ahmed Ebrahim pursued their education in various institutes and gained expertise in multiple fields. Ahmed obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology-Bahrain in 2007, and later went on to earn a Master's degree in information network and computer security from the same institute between 2007 and 2009.

In 2010, Ahmed obtained a certification as a Microsoft Certified IT Professional EA (MCITP EA) from Microsoft. Ahmed further expanded their knowledge in computer programming by attending training sessions and workshops. In 2013, they completed courses on Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8 Apps Development and Windows 8.1 Apps Development offered by Microsoft. Additionally, they attended the Microsoft TechEd 2013 Madrid, which focused on Information Technology.

To enhance their expertise in programming, Ahmed attended U2U Training in 2015. Ahmed participated in a course titled "Building Apps for iOS, Android and Window with Xamarin." Ahmed also completed a course called "Developing iOS apps for iPhone and iPad - Part 2: Advanced."

Ahmed has also acquired additional certifications and training in various programming fields. In 2011, they obtained the certification of Certified Ethical Hacker from ec-council. Ahmed attended a course on HTML5 Development at Al Mashreq in 2014. Ahmed also obtained a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) certification from NIT in the same year.
