Maha Faisal

Maha Faisal started their work experience in 2009 at 2Connect WLL, where they served as a Human Resources Officer until 2011. Maha then joined Gulf Air, initially working as a Human Resources Payroll Coordinator from October 2011 to September 2015. Later on, they transitioned into the role of an Insurance Controller at Gulf Air, starting in October 2015.

Maha Faisal completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Ahlia University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued Managerial Accounting at New York Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2008, although the field of study is not specified. Maha obtained their high school diploma from Sacred Heart School in 2006, with a focus on Business. In terms of additional certifications, Maha Faisal obtained the CII certificate from the Chartered Insurance Institute in November 2017. Maha also completed the Cipd intermediate level certificate programme (diploma in HR Management DHRM level 5) from CIPD in January 2014, and the Cipd foundation level diploma programme in HR Practice (DHRP) level 3 from CIPD in February 2012.
