Asim Afzal

Asim Afzal is an accomplished Network Service Delivery Leader at GBM, with experience dating back to October 2008. In this role, Asim oversees a team of highly skilled CCIE engineers and provides high-level L3 technical support while mentoring the Incident Response Team. Asim has designed and implemented data center solutions for key customers and offers consultative support across the UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar. Previously, Asim served as a Senior Network Specialist and Senior Network Engineer at Access Group, where expertise was developed in various technologies. Educational qualifications include a PNCSE from Palo Alto University, a CCIE R&S certification, a Master's degree in Computer Science from UET Taxila, and multiple certifications in firewall technologies from Checkpoint and Fortinet.
