Nancy Pavlas

Nancy Pavlas is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in banking operations and technology. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Gulf Capital Bank since July 2023, Pavlas previously held key leadership roles at the Central Bank in Houston, including Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Technology Officer, and Senior Vice President of IT/TM from March 2007 to July 2023. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Vice President at Moody National Bank from May 1995 to July 2001. Nancy Pavlas holds an Associate's degree in Accounting from Delta School of Business and Technology, earned between 1986 and 1989.
