Currently serving as the Digital Business Management Director at the Ministry of Tourism of Saudi Arabia since November 2023, Bashayer previously held the position of IT Strategy & Transformation Lead at Gulf International Bank from February 2019 to May 2024, where responsibilities included aligning IT strategy with business objectives and overseeing IT initiatives. Prior roles also include IT Client Engagement Relationship Manager and IT Project Manager at Accenture, where Bashayer was recognized as a TechStar 2018 for outstanding performance.
