Vitaliy Rudnychenko has extensive work experience in the maritime industry. VITALIY is currently working as part of the Zakher Marine International Inc team as of July 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Engineer for Gulf Marine Services PLC starting in September 2020. From September 2018 to September 2020, Vitaliy held the same role with Gulf Drilling International. VITALIY also served as the Chief Engineer for TOPAZ MARINE SERVICES LIMITED from March 2016 to September 2020. Additionally, they worked as the Chief Engineer for Posh Semco Pte Ltd from March 2017 to March 2018 and for MMA Offshore Limited from September 2016 to March 2018. VITALIY served at GO MARINE GROUP as Chief Engineer from February 2013 to September 2015. Prior to that, they held the same role at Sea Trucks Group STG from April 2009 to January 2013. Before that, they worked as a Superintendent for Baltimar.A/C from November 2008 to December 2009 and as Chief Engineer for Delmar Marine Transport from January 2006 to February 2008.

Vitaliy Rudnychenko began their education at Kherson National Technical University, where they pursued a degree in Marine Engineer Specialist. VITALIY attended the university from 1993 to 2005, earning an Unlimited License Class Engineer degree in the field.

After a gap in their education, Vitaliy pursued further studies at Kercens'kij Mors'kij Tehnologicnij Institut from 2010 to 2013. There, they focused on Management and obtained a degree in Maintenance Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Vitaliy Rudnychenko has obtained several certifications. In February 2013, they acquired a certification in DP Maintenance from OMTC. More recently, in October 2021, they completed IWCF E-Learning Training Certificates from IWC Oil & Refinery and Well Operations Crew Resource Management training from the International Well Control Forum.
