Jennifer Loh Drysdale-Banks holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from University College Dublin, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Jennifer Loh also earned a Diploma in Business Administration from Singapore Polytechnic from 1991 to 1994. Jennifer pursued further education in the field of Human Resources, completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Organisational Psychology from the Singapore Human Resource Institute (SHRI) in 2013, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management from SHRI in 2017. In 2021 and 2022, Jennifer attended the University of Roehampton, where they obtained a Masters of Science degree in Global Human Resources Management.
