Pongphon Prasartmongkhon

Pongphon Prasartmongkhon has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as a Securities and Corporate Associate at White & Case. Pongphon then joined Hunton & Williams LLP in 2011 as an Energy Project Finance Associate, before moving on to Allen & Overy in 2013, where they worked as a Banking and Finance Associate until 2016. From 2016 to 2020, Pongphon worked at Linklaters as an Associate. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Legal at Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited, starting in October 2020.

Pongphon Prasartmongkhon obtained a Bachelor of Laws (first-class honors) from Chulalongkorn University in 2006. In 2010, they pursued further education as a Research Student on the Japanese Government Scholarship Program (Monbukagakusho) at Waseda University, majoring in Law. Pongphon then went on to complete a Master of Corporate Law (MCL) at the University of Cambridge in 2013, specializing in Corporate Law.
