Heather Addona

Heather Addona currently serves as the Instructional Design Manager at Gulfstream Aerospace, overseeing a team dedicated to creating effective training materials aligned with strategic business goals. Prior to this role, Heather held various positions at Savannah College of Art and Design, culminating as Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Quality Assurance, where responsibilities included managing institutional research and coordinating accreditation activities. Earlier experience includes roles at Concept Systems, Inc. as a Client Relations Consultant and Client Services Manager, as well as positions in research analysis at COSMOS. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Niagara University and a Master's degree in Communication from Ithaca College.
