Michael Scandura

Michael Scandura serves as the Electronic Systems Engineering Manager and Avionics Engineering Group Head II at Gulfstream Aerospace since April 2015, overseeing a team of avionics engineers in the design, certification, and enhancement of Gulfstream aircraft systems. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Avionics Systems Lead Engineer for the G500 and G600 certification programs and has extensive experience with advanced avionics systems such as Honeywell Primus Epic. Michael’s previous experience at Honeywell Aerospace spanned over 23 years, where responsibilities included leading avionics application engineering for Gulfstream aircraft and supporting various advanced aircraft development programs. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University, with a focus on digital communications and integrated systems.
