Rajesh R is an experienced professional with a robust background in strategic planning, product operations, and administration. Currently serving as Co-Founder and COO at GullySales since May 2021, Rajesh R focuses on the company's overall strategy, setting goals, defining KPIs, and creating roadmaps in collaboration with the CEO and executive team. Previously, Rajesh R worked at Tesco Bengaluru from May 2011 to August 2020 in Buying/Product Operations, supporting product management across Central and Eastern Europe while utilizing Continuous Improvement tools. Rajesh R also held the position of Principal of Administration at PurpleOrange Products Private Limited, enhancing inventory management and warehousing activities for a luxury home furnishings company. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, a BBM in Accounting and Finance from Bangalore University, and completion of the Landmark Forum in May 2023.
