Derek W. Sylvester

Derek W. Sylvester is the current Principal at Gulph Creek Hotels. Prior to this, they were the President of Sylvester Consulting Group from 1996 to 2010 where they provided asset management, market studies, valuations, and due diligence for hotel and restaurant owners, operators, and investors. Derek was also a Partner at Restaurant Advisory Services from 1992 to 1996 where they oversaw restaurant development and design as well as turnarounds. From 1988 to 1992, Derek worked as a Senior Associate at PKF Consulting conducting market studies and operational reviews for hotels and restaurants. Derek began their career in 1986 as a Food and Beverage Manager at Marriott Hotels.
