Mike Slivka

Mike Slivka has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Mike is currently the Regional Vice President Operations at Gulph Creek Hotels, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Renaissance Allentown as the General Manager from January 2021 onwards and as the Director of Sales & Marketing from July 2019 to December 2020. Before that, they were the Director of Sales & Catering at Mohegan Sun Pocono from March 2014 to July 2019. Mike also held the position of Director of Sales & Marketing at Doubletree by Hilton Philadelphia West from September 2013 to March 2014. Mike Slivka has also worked as the Director of Sales at Wyndham Garden Exton Valley Forge from April 2012 to September 2013 and as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Double Tree by Hilton Philadelphia West from May 2008 to August 2011. Additionally, they have experience as the Director of Sales and Event Planning at Gregg Conference Center from November 2006 to December 2008 and as the Director of Sales at Dover Downs Hotel and Casino from August 2004 to November 2006.

Mike Slivka attended LCCC from 1990 to 1992, where they earned an Associates degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management. Prior to that, from 1986 to 1990, they attended Marian, although no degree or field of study is specified.
