Sjors Welter is an experienced professional in engineering and creative design, currently serving as a Senior Development Engineer at Gumax® since June 2016, where an emphasis is placed on intelligent outdoor solutions that combine elegance and functionality. In addition to this role, Sjors has been the Company Owner of DSJ Aerials since February 2015, focusing on custom drone technology for various applications. As the Creative Director of GeorgyCustoms, an initiative to create high-quality eight-string guitars, Sjors has turned a long-held dream into reality since June 2006. Previously, from June 2014 to June 2016, Sjors worked as a Project Manager in R&D at WALLVISION B.V., collaborating with Creteq BV on innovative projects. Educational background includes studies at Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven and Tilburg University, along with expertise in Werktuigbouwkunde from HBO Fontys Hogescholen.
