Briana Wingate

Briana Wingate is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community management and logistics. Currently serving as the Community Manager at Gumenick Properties since August 2019, Briana administers personnel policies and oversees various HR functions while conducting performance reviews. Additionally, since January 2010, Briana has been a Transportation Management Coordinator in the United States Army Reserve, responsible for planning and coordinating the transportation of personnel and equipment globally. Previously, Briana worked as an Underwriter Case Manager at AXA, acting as a liaison between underwriting and various business units. Briana earned a Bachelor of Science in Software Development and Security from the University of Maryland Global Campus (2015-2018) and holds a High School Diploma in Information Technology from Phillip O. Berry Academy of Technology (2009-2011).
