Nuttachai Tipprasert

Senior Programmer at gumi Asia

Nuttachai Tipprasert has extensive experience in the gaming industry, with a focus on programming. Nuttachai started their career at Sanuk Games in 2007, where they worked as a generalist programmer for Nintendo DS and Wii game consoles. During their time there, they successfully shipped 5 games. In 2009, they joined 7 Raven Studios Co. Ltd. as a Games Programmer, where they served as both a generalist game programmer and lead programmer for Nintendo DS and iOS game projects. Their responsibilities included engine development, UI programming, and gameplay programming. In 2011, Nuttachai joined NUBEE PTE LTD as a Games Programmer, where they took on the role of lead gameplay engineer for the Monster Blade iOS and Android game project. Nuttachai was responsible for designing and implementing the game's rules and AI codes, as well as supervising other gameplay programmers on the team. In 2014, they joined Happy Labs Pte Ltd as a Game Programmer, where they worked on two mobile casual game projects using Unity and a custom C/C++ framework. Most recently, Nuttachai joined gumi Asia Pte Ltd in 2015 as a Senior Programmer.

Nuttachai Tipprasert pursued their education at Chulalongkorn University. From 2000 to 2004, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Computer Engineering. Following this, they furthered their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Computer Graphics from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their academic qualifications, they attained the Japanese Language Proficiency N2 certification from The Japan Foundation in August 2019.
