Violet Navar

Violet Navar is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As Chief People Officer and Head of People & Operations at Gummi World from March 2024 to January 2025, Violet oversaw HR strategies and operations. In a freelance capacity since October 2022, Violet provided consultancy services, enhancing HR procedures for both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Previously, as Human Resources Director at the Arizona Center for Empowerment from November 2021 to October 2022, Violet led HR operations, focusing on executive coaching and employee wellbeing programs. At Rotor X Aircraft, Violet successfully increased the employee count from 12 to 100 and improved retention rates during a brief tenure as Human Resources Director.
