Sarah Lynn Bartolo

Sarah Lynn Bartolo has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. In 2011, they were an intern for Black Voice News, where they contacted potential sponsors and researched event locations for the Black Voice News 40th Anniversary Celebration, as well as aided in composing cover letters for monthly ad specials and emailed the flyers to potential advertisers. In 2012, they were a Business Analyst Intern for ADP. In 2015, they began working for Irvine Company as a Sales Specialist, where they utilized the sales consultative approach to partner with clients, understand requirements, and match clients to lease apartment units at four properties, while providing excellent customer service. Sarah Lynn also worked as a Sales Administrator and Resident Relations Representative (Temporary). In 2017, they worked for Nanolab Technologies as a Customer Service Administrator, where they managed end to end processing of incoming jobs for analysis or testing, enforced compliance and quality assurance based on client and company standards, and analyzed technician time cards for payroll expenses. That same year, they were an intern for GlobeIn, where they crafted and sent pitches to media outlets to amplify the brand and products, developed alignment with influencers and bloggers for future collaboration, and utilized systems (Zendesk, Insightly, Braintree, Shopify) in order to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience. In 2018, they worked as an Instructor for CorePower Yoga, where they were certified as a power yoga 200 hour instructor and guided students through a beginner and advanced power vinyasa flow for 60 minutes. In 2019, they began working for Montgomery Technologies LLC as a Service Coordinator, where they supported Project Managers in reporting and documentation for new projects by identifying the scope of work, specifying deliverables, and liaising between clients and project managers to ensure the project is completed on time. Sarah Lynn also managed access case process to support timely service between ISPs and property management, and minimized risk of project delay through implementing new calendaring process and building requirement documentation. Currently, they are an Account Manager at Gummicube Inc., where they are responsible for App Store Optimization and Big Data Analytics for Mobile App Marketing.

Sarah Lynn Bartolo graduated from the University of California, Riverside in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing.
