Richard Session

Richard Session is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and DevOps engineering. Currently serving as a DevOps Engineer & Consultant in the Telco sector at Amazon Web Services since August 2022, Richard also operates as a certified freelance engineer on the Gun.io platform while managing Session Designs LLC, providing consulting and software development services since October 2003. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer/DevOps Engineer at S&P Global, and Senior Software Engineer & Software Architect at Novation Analytics, where Richard focused on application development and system architecture. Notable achievements include architecting the HPE Right Mix Advisor during tenure at Hewlett-Packard and teaching coding to middle school students. Richard holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Michigan and completed training at trainX in 2018.
