Holly Sullivan

Holly Sullivan is a seasoned professional in social work with extensive experience in various roles focused on care coordination and support services. Currently serving as a Hospice Social Worker at Gundersen Health System since September 2025, Holly previously worked as an Admissions Care Coordinator at Tennyson Center for Children and as a Utilization Review Specialist at Denver Springs. Holly's background also includes a role as Admissions and Case Coordinator for Devereux's Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility, Family Services Manager at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Denver, and various positions at Developmental Pathways, Imagine!, The Bridge for Youth, and Americorps VISTA. Academically, Holly obtained a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Denver and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from St. Catherine University, along with an Associate in Arts from Minnesota State Community and Technical College.
