Jay Klock

Jay Klock has extensive experience in the healthcare and IT industry. Jay began their career at Spectrum Health, where they worked as a Project Manager from 1999 to 2008. During this time, they successfully implemented and managed various projects in Clinical Engineering, PACS, Neuro-Diagnostics, Radiology, and Cardiology.

In 2008, Jay joined Gundersen Health System as the Director of ITDS Business Partnering. In this role, they led a team and managed a budget of $7.5 million. Jay was responsible for providing application shared services, help desk services, hardware support, asset and contract management, and telecommunications. Jay also played a key role in expanding the information systems infrastructure and clinical and business applications of Gundersen Health System.

Jay served on the Board of Directors for both the Gundersen Boscobel Area Hospital and Clinics and Tweeten Lutheran Healthcare from 2010 to 2019. Additionally, they were a member of the Board of Directors for Harmony Community Health Care during the same period.

In 2015, Jay took on the role of Adjunct Instructor at Viterbo University. Jay designed and developed an online course in Information Technology for Health Professionals and instructed undergraduate students in this course.

Jay Klock earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Systems Management from Ferris State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Information Systems at Western Michigan University from 1996 to 2000. Jay has also obtained various certifications, including Certified Agile Leadership Essentials and Certified Agile Leadership for Teams from the Scrum Alliance. Additionally, they have a Master Certificate in Information Security and Networking Management from Ferris State University and holds a certification in Epic ASAP.
