Mollie Grady, MSIOP, PHR, ODCP, currently serves as the Learning and Development Manager at Gundersen Health System, where responsibilities include leading teams in eLearning development, reward and recognition, and staff development to foster a culture of continuous learning. Previous roles include HR Program Consultant and Leadership Development Specialist at Microchip Technology Inc., enhancing leadership effectiveness in a global context.
