Shannon Mulligan

Shannon Mulligan has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with a strong focus on HR operations and technology. Shannon is currently serving as the Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Operations at Gundersen Health System since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the System VP of HR Operations and Technology at PeaceHealth until January 2022. Shannon also held various leadership positions at Fairview Health Services, including Vice President of Human Resources Solutions where they led successful HR transformations, Director of Human Resources Information Technology, Director of Employee Experience, Human Resources Project Manager, and Retirement Plans Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for HR data analytics, technology roadmap and products, project management, payroll, benefits, HRIS, and operationalizing mergers and acquisitions. Shannon has a proven track record of improving HR operations, integrating systems, and expanding capabilities.

Shannon Mulligan holds a Master's degree in Management from Hamline University and a Bachelor's degree in History from the same institution. In addition, Shannon has obtained certifications as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in 2021 and as a Society for Human Resources Management-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in February 2017.
