Stephen Shapiro

Stephen Shapiro serves as the Chief Medical Foundation Officer and General Surgeon at Gundersen Health System since January 2003. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of General Surgeon at SurgOne, PC from July 2000 to December 2002, and completed a General Surgery Residency at the University of Utah Health from July 1994 to June 2000. Stephen earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between August 1990 and May 1994, and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from St. Olaf College from August 1985 to May 1989.
