Christel H. Moreno

Christel is a member of the Latin America region practice and is a founding partner of the São Paulo office. Christel represents emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles and the venture capital funds that invest in them. Her practice is focused on representing companies and investors in cross-border financings and mergers and acquisitions throughout Latin America, with significant experience in Brazil. She is broadly experienced with corporate formation and governance, and a variety of local and cross-border VC financings and M&A structures. Prior to moving to the U.S., Christel practiced as a corporate attorney in Brazil for several years.
