Jorge Garcia

Jorge Garcia has over 20 years of experience in various warehouse and logistics roles. Jorge started their career in 1998 as a Technician/Receiving at Abtech Systems. From 1999 to 2002, they worked as a Warehouse Manager at Tony Borhani Cigars Inc. Jorge then joined Melles Griot Laser Group as a Senior Shipping Clerk from 2003 to 2005.

In 2005, Jorge became the Manager at Chamuco Cigars until 2011. During this time, they focused on managing the daily operations of the company. Jorge then worked at Platinum Logistics Inc as a Warehouse Supervisor from 2005 to 2012. Here, they were responsible for creating and implementing standard operating procedures for warehouse functions, supervising pick, pack, and shipping departments, and maintaining proper control and storage of materials.

From 2012 to 2014, Jorge worked as a Warehouse and Inventory Manager at K1 Speed Inc. Jorge'srole involved managing a distribution center, overseeing inventory and shipping/receiving departments, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. Jorge also implemented cost-saving measures for LTL shipments.

Since 2014, Jorge has been working at GUNNAR Optiks as a Warehouse Manager.
