Emma Peliza

Emma Peliza is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in real estate. Currently serving as a Real Estate Senior Associate at gunnercooke llp since July 2021, Emma previously held similar senior associate positions at Shoosmiths from January 2017 to June 2021, where Emma also worked as a real estate associate and solicitor. Emma began the legal career at Irwin Mitchell, progressing from trainee solicitor to solicitor between August 2013 and January 2017. Prior to entering the legal field, Emma gained customer service experience as a sales assistant at River Island and volunteered as an information assistant at Citizens Advice. Emma holds a LPC in Corporate Law from the University of Law, York, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Lincoln. Education also includes A Levels from Thomas Rotherham College and GCSEs from Eckington School.
