Heidi Engleman

Heidi Engleman currently serves as the Human Resources Coordinator for Gunnison County, where responsibilities include managing job postings, implementing Paylocity's Recruiting module, onboarding new employees, and facilitating a wellness program. Prior to this role, Heidi worked as a Human Resources & Hiring Coordinator for the National Western Stock Show, overseeing full-cycle recruitment for over 450 seasonal employees and participating in policy updates. Additional experience includes talent acquisition with Addison Group, roles in retail sales, and leadership positions during education at Western Colorado University, where a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Marketing major and Psychology minor was obtained.
