Gregory Sancier

Gregory Sancier, Ph.D., currently serves as the Chief Safety Officer at GUNSENS, a role held since January 2020, focusing on enhancing public safety through technology that locates and isolates visible firearms. In addition to this position, Gregory has owned Harlow Consulting since April 2010, providing expertise in crisis situations, notably stemming from experience as a Hostage Negotiator during a law enforcement career from 1978 to 2010, including service with Atherton PD and San Jose PD. Early in their career, Gregory managed retail operations at "The Instep" from 1978 to 1980. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. from Western Graduate School of Psychology, a Master of Science from San Jose State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of La Verne.
