Alexey Plaksin

Alexey Plaksin has a strong background in the gaming industry, starting their career as a Freelance 3D Artist in 2005. Alexey then worked at various companies, including Vladimir Tarasuk, Art Absinth, reddotstudio, and Crytek, where they served as a Senior 3D Artist and later as a Lead Environment Artist. In 2019, they joined Blackwood Games as an Art Director, overseeing the Seasonal content development and working with different art teams. Alexey most recently held the position of Lead Art Director - Off The Grid at Gunzilla Games, starting in 2022.

Alexey Plaksin obtained their Bachelor's degree in Audio, video, film technology from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' between 2005 and 2010.
