Igor Smirnykh

Igor Smirnykh has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various industries and roles. Igor is currently the Human Resources Director at Gunzilla Games, where they focus on internal transformation, employee engagement, and operational processes. Prior to this, Igor worked as a Human Resources Consultant, providing expertise and consultancy services in manpower planning, performance evaluation, and recruitment strategies.

Before joining Gunzilla Games, Igor was the Human Resources Director at Apex Funds Group, where they built the HR function from scratch and implemented administrative functions, policies, and procedures. Igor also worked as an HR Business Partner at Maire Tecnimont, managing HR activities for major projects and designing compensation and benefits policies.

Igor's previous experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at Royal Group and Dragon Offshore Industries, where they were responsible for employee support, compensation analysis, and data reporting. Igor also gained experience as a Human Resources Assistant at Gulf Stolt Ship Management, handling HR administration and onboarding processes.

Igor Smirnykh's education history begins in 2008 when they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and obtained a Diploma in Economics, with a field of study in Economics. During the same period, from 2008 to 2012, they also attended IAPM and earned a Bachelor of Personnel Management degree, specializing in Human Resource Management. Igor then returned to LSE in 2011 and completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which they obtained in 2013. Finally, in 2016, they returned to IAPM for a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services, which they completed in 2017.
