Kauntal Patel is a Lead Software Engineer at Gupshup, where they are responsible for leading and mentoring a team of support engineers to provide assistance to partners utilizing the WhatsApp Business API. Prior to this, Kauntal worked as a software engineer at Teamchat by Webaroo Inc. and UMS Tech Labs. They hold a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from NDMVP's KBT COE and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Information Technology from N.B. Mehta Science College.
