Manivannan Arunachalam

Manivannan Arunachalam has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Most recently, they worked at Gupshup as the Senior Director of Engineering, starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they were with Dotgo as the Country Head and Head of Engineering from December 2019 to August 2021.

Before joining Dotgo, Manivannan worked at Kirusa as the Director of Product Management from September 2016 to December 2019. Manivannan also had a brief stint as a Consultant at Swarajya from May 2016 to September 2016.

Manivannan's earlier experiences include working as a Management Consultant at Inowits Technologies from June 2015 to December 2015, and as a Consultant at Opt IT Technologies (I) Pvt. Ltd from November 2014 to May 2015.

From 2008 to 2014, Manivannan held the position of Director of Technical Operations at Kirusa, where they led a team in the deployment and maintenance of the company's Voicesms in multiple African countries. Manivannan also developed monitoring solutions and customized solutions for customers.

Before joining TeamF1 Networks Pvt. Ltd, Manivannan served as a Technical Manager at pronto networks, where they led a team in developing applications for wireless hotspot devices. Manivannan also ported embedded Linux on different CPU architectures and scaled up the application for large enterprise use.

At Intel, Manivannan worked as a Consulting Engineering Manager, leading a network and system management solution team. Manivannan developed a management tool for managing infiniband.

Overall, Manivannan has demonstrated expertise in engineering, product management, and consulting roles throughout their career.

Manivannan Arunachalam obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Vellore Institute of Technology between the years 1985 and 1989. Manivannan pursued further education at Anna University where they completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from 1993 to 1994. Continuing their academic journey, they then attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, earning a Master's degree in Computer Science from 1995 to 1997.
