Susanta Dash

Susanta Dash has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Susanta started their career at CSC as a Project Leader, where they were responsible for overall technical aspects of the project and ensuring product quality. Susanta then joined Satyam as a Project Manager, handling end-to-end delivery responsibilities and negotiating SLAs for business transformation projects. Afterward, they worked at SSEPL as a Delivery Manager, overseeing the development unit and BPO division. Susanta also promoted products and conducted resource planning. At CSM Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Susanta served as a Program Manager, ensuring quality service delivery and mentoring operational leadership. Susanta then transitioned to RadhaKrishna Institute of Engg. & Tech as a Registrar, coordinating with AICTE and BPUT for approvals and inspections. Later, they joined Discoverture Solutions as a Project Manager, collaborating with offshore and onsite teams and developing project plans. Susanta also worked as the AGM HR AND ADMIN at Bhatia & Company - Maruti Makes Bhatia Cares. Currently, Susanta is the Chief Project Coordinator at Gupta Power Infrastructure Limited. Susanta Dash completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in HR from ICFAI University between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's in Computer Applications (MCA) from National Institute of Technology Rourkela from 1994 to 1997. Susanta also attended Utkal University in 1993 for one year and completed a MCA program there. Susanta Dash earned their Bachelor's degree, known as "+3", in Science from Ispat College, Sec-16, Rourkela, from 1990 to 1993.
