Luana Horchuliki

Luana Horchuliki has diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources and People Management. Luana currently holds the position of Head of People Experience at Gupy, where they are responsible for overseeing the overall employee experience. Prior to that, they worked at Kenoby as the Director of People & Performance, where they implemented agile methodologies and analytics to transform the HR department. Luana also worked as a Provocadora at Profissas - Educação que Empodera, where they focused on empowering marginalized groups in the workplace and promoting diversity and inclusion. In their previous roles at Ambev, Luana held managerial positions, overseeing various HR processes such as recruitment, employee development, and performance evaluation. Luana also had experience as an Analyst and intern in HR roles. Additionally, they worked at Universidade Positivo, where they assisted students in finding internships and employment opportunities. In their early career, Luana worked as a Supervisor in the finance department of Empreendimentos Brancos, where they managed the night staff and handled financial planning and human resources activities. Overall, they have a strong background in HR strategy, performance management, and organizational development.

Luana Horchuliki completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management and Leadership from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2016 to 2018. Luana also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Positivo from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in various areas such as gamification, creative relearning, behavioral analysis, professional coaching, employer branding, and Lean Six Sigma.
