Akhilesh Jaiswal

Akhilesh Jaiswal has over 26 years of work experience. Akhilesh began their career in 1994 as a Network Engineer at Datapro Information Technology Limited, where they implemented the first ever email services for a city in India. Akhilesh then moved to Global Telecom Services Limited in 1995, where they were a System Engineer and Project Leader for providing the E-mail services in India. In 1996, they joined Manipal Control Data Electronic Commerce Limited as a System Specialist, where they were responsible for leading the Electronic Commerce Services Group of the company. In 1998, they were a UNIX System Administrator at Sun Microsystems, and in 1999 they were a Software Engineer at Cellular One (now AT&T). From 2000 to 2022, Akhilesh worked at Synopsys Inc, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Information Technology (Head of IT for Software Integrity Group), Senior Manager of IT (Engineering, Cloud, and Business Applications Infrastructure), Manager of IT, and Program Manager of IT. Since 2022, Akhilesh has been the Vice President of Technology and Operations at Gurobi Optimization, where they are leading Digital Transformation and Digital Business Operations.

Akhilesh Jaiswal received their MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2012, where they studied Finance, Strategy, and General Management. Akhilesh also holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, obtained in 1994, where they studied Electronics and Communication Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from UC Berkeley Executive Education and Columbia Business School Executive Education.
