Karel Urban has been working in the field of sales operations and revenue operations since 2011. Karel started their career as a Data Entry Clerk at Infosys BPO in 2009 and 2010. In 2011, they joined Monster as a Data Quality Analyst, Senior Sales Support Administrator (Sales Readiness and Business Operations), Senior Order Processing Support and Order Processing Support. In 2022, Karel joined Gurobi Optimization as a Sales Operations Manager and Productboard as a Revenue Operations Specialist. In their roles, Karel has been responsible for managing monthly/quarterly rounds of sales commissions/bonuses, ensuring commissions are paid accurately and in a timely manner, resolution of inquiries from sales compensation plan participants, measuring sales efficiency, leading a project of purchasing a software tool for sales commissioning, driving process enhancements and improvements related to billing & finance, coordination of billing/invoicing process, overseeing system integration and maintenance of company used finance and sales tax apps, and supporting accounts payable within AP systems.

Karel Urban obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Managerial Informatics from Brno University of Technology between 2007 and 2010. Karel then went on to receive a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university between 2010 and 2012.
