Megan Lusian has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Megan started their career at Gurstel Chargo, P.A. in 2010 as a Paralegal, where they worked until April 2011. Megan then moved on to the role of Legal Administrative Lead from April 2011 to February 2012. From February 2012 to May 2012, Megan served as the Assistant Administration Manager, where they assisted in leading a team of approximately 30 employees and was responsible for various tasks such as reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and executing training. Finally, Megan worked as the Administration Manager at Gurstel Chargo, P.A. from May 2012 to May 2017, where they created standard operating procedures, developed new processes, and ensured the department achieved monthly production goals. In 2017, they joined Gurstel Law Firm, P.C. as a Legal Process Manager, a position they currently hold.

Megan Lusian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Metro State University from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Rochester Community and Technical College from 2005 to 2007. Megan also obtained their High School Diploma from Eden Prairie Senior High School between 2000 and 2004.
