Olga Sergeeva

Olga Sergeeva has a diverse work experience in project management. Olga started their career in 2010 as a Project Manager at Adviko, where they worked until 2013. During this time, they were responsible for managing software development projects, communicating with customers, and preparing technical documentation.

In 2013, Olga joined Aisnovations as a Project Manager. Here, they continued to manage software development projects and led a team of 3-5 developers. Olga also negotiated with customers, delivered and clarified requirements, and prepared progress reports.

Olga then worked at GetBob as a Project Manager from 2014 to 2018. Olga'sresponsibilities included managing projects, ensuring effective communication with clients, and leading the project team.

In 2017, Olga took on the role of Project Manager at OpenLedger. Olga'sduties included initiating and implementing internal IT projects, planning sprints for the team, and tracking project activities and performance. Olga also developed technical expertise in blockchain and crypto areas and created project documentation and strategy plans.

From 2017 to 2020, Olga worked at Aetsoft as a Project Manager. In addition to developing key technical expertise, they were responsible for project scheduling, budget planning, and execution. Olga also managed product support, budgeting and forecasting, risk management, and reporting.

Olga then joined Admitad Global in 2020 as a Project Manager, where they continued to excel in project management and contributed to the company's success.

Most recently, in 2021, Olga served as a Delivery Manager at Wargaming and is currently working as a Project Manager at Gurtam. These roles furthered their experience in overseeing projects and ensuring their successful delivery.

Throughout their career, Olga has demonstrated a strong ability to manage projects, collaborate with teams, and deliver results within budget and schedule.

Olga Sergeeva completed their education in a chronological order. From 2006 to 2011, they attended Belarusian National Technical University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management. Following this, they pursued further studies at Belarusian National Technical University from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained a Master of Economic Sciences degree with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and related support services.
